All materials, content, code or branding created by Nexus Partners remain the intellectual property of the client once full payment is received. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every service we provide, shall not be held liable for:

● Client’s failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements
● Delays caused by third-party vendors or incomplete client inputs

8. Service Modifications & Cancellation

● We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, partially or fully, with prior notice.
● Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of work completed.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, CRM tools, marketing tools) as part of our services. We are not responsible for any issues, outages or policy changes made by these platforms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
